What do you do with your meeting notes?
- Did you know that 83% of the meeting notes are never read again?
- Have you ever searched through all your notes to find a small piece of information?
- How do you collect feedback from the members of your team?
- How to avoid later disputes between the teams and the clients?
Items
Normally the meeting notes contain continuous text hard to structure and organize. In order to help you organize them, Agrii meeting notes are split into items.
Items can be different type of decisions, questions, proposals just to name a few. Items can be related to meeting participants. Having this information, meeting notes can be searched more easily.
Timeline
You probably remember that you wrote something, somewhere, sometime, but you can not recall exactly what and when. This is where timeline comes in.
Timeline allows you to go back in time and view decisions, agreements and other items created in past. Timeline supports filtering. Finding right meeting items is much easier this way.
Collaboration
Typically there are more than few people participating in a meeting and Agrii is about collaboration.
Meeting notes can be shared with any number of participants. Participants can view, add and edit items themselves.
Confirmation
The meetings usually end with making certain agreements. To avoid later misunderstandings, Agrii allows meeting creator to request meeting confirmation.
Once the first participant has confirmed a meeting, meeting becomes read-only. Meeting becomes confirmed when all participants have given their confirmation.
